The short version
We only store what the app needs to work, like keeping you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you won't see a cookie banner.
What we store and why
Cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage, service workers) let a website remember things on your device. Ark Agency uses them only for the following:

| Google Drive account | Only if you connect Google Drive: the email address of the Google account you picked, so Google can skip the account chooser next time. The access token itself is never stored. | Until you disconnect Google Drive or clear site data |

What we don't use
No analytics, no advertising or retargeting pixels, no social media trackers. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading the site doesn't send your IP address to a font provider.
Why there's no consent banner
Under EU and Romanian law (the ePrivacy Directive and Law 506/2004), storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for doesn't need consent. Everything listed above falls into that category. If we ever add anything that isn't strictly necessary, such as analytics, we'll ask for your consent first and update this page.
Managing storage
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you do, you'll be signed out and your interface preferences will reset.
