Updates and roadmap
What's new in Ark.
Everything we ship, as it ships, and what we're building next. Shape it on our feedback board.
October 2026
- Fixed
Facebook Page numbers no longer stop at an error
A connected Facebook Page could show an error on a client's Analytics tab instead of its posts. Ark now brings in everything Meta allows, so one number Meta refuses no longer hides the rest.
- Improved
Filters stay as you left them, and save as views
Filters on Calendar, Tasks, Docs, SOPs, the Work log, Clients and client analytics now stay put when you switch pages or close the app, like they already did on Content. Reset puts them back, and Save view keeps a set for later.
- Views work like on Content: shared with the team or just for you, and one can open by default
- The calendar no longer scrolls to today by itself; the Today button takes you there
- Improved
A new address for help: support@ark-agency.app
Questions, billing, account deletion and sales all go to support@ark-agency.app now, on the website, in the app and in our legal pages.
- New
Account emails now carry Ark's look
The emails Ark sends when someone signs up, resets a password or gets an invitation now go from your own address at ark-agency.app, with Ark's name and colours.
- They start sending once the domain finishes verifying; you can follow it in More → Emails
- New
Sign in with Apple
The sign-in page now offers Continue with Apple, next to Google. One tap with your Apple ID and you're in — useful for anyone who signs in on iPhone, iPad or Mac.
- FixedImproved
Ark AI shows which chat it's working in
While Ark answers in one chat or writes ideas in one brainstorm, the others stay free: open them, read them and ask Ark something there too.
- A small blue dot in your list of chats and brainstorms marks the ones Ark is working in, even after you move on
- One Stop button, in the message box where Send was
- Improved
Ark AI now runs on Claude
Ark AI answers with Anthropic's Claude: Sonnet for everyday answers and writing, Opus when you ask it to think longer. It knows the same things as before: your brand profiles, past chats, training notes and how you like things written.
- Nothing to set up and nothing to relearn
- Think longer counts twice against your monthly AI allowance, down from four times
- Improved
Delete things without opening them
Hover over a doc, board, note, SOP, brief, task, post, contract, invoice, prospect or client and a ⋯ menu appears with Delete. You no longer have to open each one first. You still get a few seconds to Undo.
- On a phone the ⋯ is always there
- Deleting a brief with a shoot still asks whether the filming day goes too
- Clients and contracts already sent for signature still ask before they go
- Fixed
Deleted tasks leave the work log
A finished task you delete no longer stays behind in the work log. Time someone tracked by hand on it stays.
- Fixed
Delete anything in the media library
Every photo, video and cut in the library now has Delete, in its menu and in the bar when you select several. You get a few seconds to Undo.
- A post's photo or video leaves that post; a cut leaves the Review tab, with its comments
- Files you added straight to the library stay in any post already using them
- Improved
A simpler sidebar for new workspaces, and More explains every page
New workspaces start with just Today, Content, Calendar, Clients, Tasks and Approvals. Everything else waits in More, where each page now says in one line what it's for. Pin any of them from Customize navbar.
- Workspaces you already have keep the sidebar you know
- Improved
Pop-ups and client pickers work the same everywhere
On a phone, more windows now slide up from the bottom like the rest of Ark: editing a client, inviting someone, invoices, credentials, keyboard shortcuts and the upgrade prompt. Picking a client always opens the same searchable list, with each client's colour.
- Improved
Calendar colours match the rest of Ark
Shoots, meetings, Google events, invite replies and connection badges now use Ark's own status colours, so they read the same in light and dark mode as everything else.
- Improved
Buttons look the same everywhere
The last hand-made buttons now use Ark's one button style. A few that were filled in blue (Add to board, Done in the time picker, Try again) now use the same dark main button as the rest of Ark.
- Improved
Every page title looks the same
Today, the calendar and every other page now use one title style, and the main button on each page is called New, like New post or New task.
- Improved
A tidier account menu
The menu under your profile picture now shows your name and email on top, then Preferences (settings, navbar, light or dark) and Help (support, what's new, feedback), with Sign out on its own at the bottom.
- Improved
Brainstorm lives inside Ark AI
Brainstorm is no longer listed as a page of its own in the sidebar and More. Open Ark AI and switch to the Brainstorm tab, next to Chat.
- Improved
No more blue outlines
Buttons, menus, dialogs and text boxes no longer get a blue ring around them when you click or tab to them. Text boxes darken their edge slightly while you type.
- Fixed
Today is back in your sidebar
If you had arranged your sidebar before Today got its new address, Today slipped into More. It's back where you put it, on every device.
- Fixed
New briefs no longer disappear
Creating a brief could say straight away that the brief no longer exists. New briefs now stay put while you write them, and an empty one is only cleared away once you leave it.
- New
Your whole week in one list
The calendar has a Week list: everything due this week, day by day. Posts going out, edits due, shoots, meetings and tasks, all in one place.
- Open it from This week under the calendar on Today, or pick Week list in the calendar's view menu
- The arrows move a week at a time, and the calendar opens on the view you used last
- Improved
Your clients see what needs them first
When a client signs in, their page opens with Needs your decision: the scripts and posts waiting on them, each opening right where they approve it. Everything else is under In the works.
- Clients have a Home item in their menu that brings them back to it
- Connecting Google Calendar moved to the bottom of their page
- Improved
Finished your part? The post's next step is waiting
Ticking off your job still offers to move the post on. Missed the message? Once everyone on that step is done, the post's Next step button offers the same move, or Send to client when the client is up next.
- Improved
Schedule a shoot straight from a video post
Video posts have Schedule shoot in their menu. The new shoot is attached to the post, so you don't have to create it on the calendar and link it after. Carousels and graphics don't show it.
- Deleting a brief that has a shoot now asks whether to keep the filming day or delete both, with one Undo for the lot
- Fixed
Approvals only shows what's waiting on the client
Posts back with your team for revisions no longer show up on Approvals, so its count matches the one on Today. It follows your own workflow's client review stages.
- Your team sees Waiting on script approval or With the client
- Clients see Script to approve or Ready for your review, never a revision they've already answered
- Improved
Client feedback all in one place
Whether a client answers through a review link or signed in to Ark, their decision and notes now land on the post's Review tab, and your team gets the same notification either way.
- A client who asks for changes is asked what should change first, and their note shows up as a comment on the latest version
- Signed-in clients approve or ask for changes from the Review tab, with the cut in front of them. Publishing points them there
- Notifications about a client's answer open the Review tab
- Improved
Sharing a post for approval checks it's ready
Share for approval now tells you if nothing has been uploaded for the post yet, and moves it to client review along with the link so your board stays right. Untick it if you'd rather not.
- New
Upload a cut, then send it to the client in one click
When you upload a new version, Ark asks if it should go to the client. Say yes and the post moves to client review, the review link is made and copied, and an email to the client's contact is ready to send.
- The same Send to client button sits at the top of the post when it's ready
- No contact email saved for the client? Copy the link and send it your way
- Clients no longer get a notification for every cut you upload while you're still working on it. They hear about it when you send it
- Improved
Posts open where the work is
Open a post and you land on the tab that matters for its stage: the script while it's being written, Review while it's being made and checked, Publishing once it's approved.
- Tabs are in the order the work happens: Script, Review, Publishing, then your team's own tabs
- Carousels and graphics call it Copy instead of Script
- Comments is now Team notes, so it's clear only your team sees it. What the client says stays on Review
- New
Every post tells you what to do next
A post now has one clear button at the top for its next step, so moving it from idea to published never means hunting through tabs and menus.
- Videos: Write script, Send script for approval, Schedule shoot, Mark as shot, Upload cut, Send to client, Upload revision, Schedule post
- Carousels and graphics: Write copy, Send copy for approval, Upload design, Send to client, Upload revision, Schedule post. No shoot in sight
- Each step opens the right tab and moves the post along once it's done: the link is made, the file is up, the shoot is booked
- Scheduling a shoot from a post attaches the shoot to it
- It follows your own workflow, even if you've renamed or added stages. The stage menu still lets you move a post anywhere
- Improved
Undo for more deletes
More things now disappear at once with an Undo button for a few seconds, instead of being gone for good the moment you click.
- Comments and whole comment threads
- Jobs on a post, and people on a client's default team
- A client's monthly deliverables and a contract's services
- Content types, and a discarded time entry
- Fixed
Actions that fail now say so
A few actions could fail without a word, so it looked like they had worked. Now each one tells you, and nothing you typed is lost.
- Replying to a comment on a review: if it doesn't send, your reply stays in the box to try again
- Resolving a review comment, marking notifications read or unread, and rating what Ark wrote
- Contract reminders, services added to a contract and copied contracts check that they saved
- Improved
Error messages in plain words
When something goes wrong, Ark now tells you what happened in a sentence you can act on, instead of a technical database message.
- Lost connection? Ark says it can't reach the server and asks you to try again
- Signed out, missing permission or a duplicate name each get their own clear message
- Messages that were already written for you, like what a field still needs, stay exactly as they were
- Improved
Empty pages tell you what they're for
A brand-new workspace no longer opens on blank boards. Content, Calendar, Approvals and the Work log say what goes there and how to start.
- Content: what a post is and a New post button
- Calendar: a short note when the month is empty, with New post right there
- Approvals: what will wait here, and a way to your posts
- The posts table only says Nothing matches these filters when you've actually filtered
- Improved
Clearer loading, and a Retry when something fails
Every list in Ark now shows the same thing while it loads, and if it can't load, it says so and gives you a Retry button instead of an empty page.
- Content, Calendar, Tasks, Clients, Approvals, Briefs, Docs, SOPs, Work log, Legal, Secrets and Meetings all work this way
- Placeholders take the shape of what's coming, so the page doesn't jump when it arrives
- The calendar never says Nothing scheduled while it's still fetching, and moving to the next month keeps the grid in place
- Empty messages look the same everywhere
- Improved
A calmer, warmer look
Ark has a new set of colours and type: soft warm greys, one clear main button per screen, and blue only where it means something.
- Main buttons are now solid black in light mode and white in dark mode, instead of glossy blue
- Every button has the same quiet depth, a soft press when you click it, and a slightly bigger area you can hit
- Buttons that only appear when you hover a row (rename, delete, more) also appear when you tab to them
- Text boxes, dropdowns and date pickers all look the same
- Menus and pop-ups are solid and easy to read, with no frosted glass behind the text
- Blue marks what's selected, the page you're on, links and progress
- Geist everywhere in the app, with page titles in the same family
- Status colours (done, needs attention, late) look the same on every page
- Improved
Everything you make is a post
Ark used to call the same thing a content piece, content, a video or a post depending on the screen. Now it's a post everywhere: a video, a carousel or a graphic.
- New post, Post created, 3 posts: the same word on every button, title and count
- The Post tab on a post is now called Publishing, so the word isn't used twice
- The Feedback page is now Approvals: everything waiting for a yes, with Posts to review instead of Edits
- Ark AI says post too
- A client's page lists their Posts
- Stage names are in sentence case like the rest of Ark: Client review, Scheduled to post. Stages you renamed yourself keep your names
- The lightbulb at the bottom of the sidebar is labelled Send product feedback, so it isn't confused with client feedback
- Improved
A clearer start for new workspaces
New people see the pages they need first, and the quick tour after setup always starts at the beginning.
- Clients is in the sidebar from day one; Work log and Docs start under More (you can pin them back any time)
- If Clients isn't in your sidebar, the tour shows you where to find it under More
- On the Free plan, Ark AI sits with the other pages instead of at the top of the sidebar
- Brainstorm is one tap away in Ark AI, and under More, instead of four different buttons
- After you add a client, their page opens so you can add their first post
- A new post's confirmation has an Open button that takes you straight to it
- Connect Google Calendar in the Getting started list opens Settings on Integrations
- Today has its own address (ark-agency.app/today); old dashboard links and bookmarks still work
- Improved
Content filters stay the way you left them
The filters and view you pick on the Content page stay set when you open another page, and even after you close the app or the browser.
- Kept for each workspace you're in, on each device
- A saved view you didn't change opens as it is now, in case a teammate edited it
- New
Filter content by type, person and priority
The Content page has three new filters next to Client and Stage: show only Reels or Carousels, only the posts someone is working on, or only the priority ones.
- Type and Person work like the other filters: pick any of them, or switch to Is none of
- Saved views keep the new filters too
- Assigned to me now counts every job on a post, not just editing and filming
- New
Send a post to TikTok drafts
A TikTok post can now go to the creator's TikTok drafts instead of straight to the profile, so they can add a trending sound or effects and post it from the app.
- Turn on Send to TikTok drafts in the TikTok channel settings on a post
- The creator gets a TikTok notification when it arrives, and Ark shows it as In TikTok drafts
- New
A Planning stage, and a scripts PDF you can arrange
Plan posts before anyone writes a script: a new Planning stage now comes before Script, and posts in it stay out of the scripts PDF. When you download the PDF, you can also leave out any script with the × and drag the rest into the order you want.
- Pick the stage when you add a post: new posts start in Planning
- The PDF page says how many planned posts were left out, with a link to include them
- Removed something by mistake? Undo it, or put everything back in one click
- Choose which stages go in the scripts PDF in Settings → Workflow → Rules
- Improved
Quotas that follow each client's billing period
A client's monthly quota can now be counted from the day their retainer started, like the 19th to the 18th, instead of always the calendar month. And everyone on your team can now set a client's quotas, not just admins.
- Contracts set to "Periods from the start date" count delivery from their start date
- For clients without a contract, pick the day each period starts next to their quotas
- The client page, the Clients list and the Delivery overview all count the same period and show its dates
- Improved
Find any client by typing, everywhere
Every place you pick or filter by a client now has a search box, so with dozens of clients you type a few letters instead of scrolling a long list.
- The content table, the library and moving several posts at once to another client
- The client filter on Docs and on Contracts and Invoices now sits in the page header
- Sharing a review link, the Secrets page and the client filter on Content
- Improved
Your whole team can train Ark
Everyone on your team can now change a client's Training tab, not just admins: voice, audience, caption style, example scripts and captions, and competitors.
- Ask Ark AI to update a client's training from your notes, whatever your role
- Everything else about a client, like their name, plan and billing, still stays with admins
- Improved
Search for a client in the calendar filter
The client filter on the content calendar now has a search box, so you can type a few letters to find one client among many instead of scrolling the list.
- Improved
A tidier calendar header
Day, Week, Month and Agenda now sit behind one small dropdown, like in Google Calendar, instead of a row of buttons. The header stays on one line and no longer shifts around on smaller screens.
- New
Choose what calendar posts show, with previews
Posts in the content calendar now show a small preview of what's been uploaded, and you can pick which details each post shows, like the properties of a Notion calendar.
- Open the ⋯ menu on the calendar and tick Preview, Client, Post type, Scheduling, Channels, Stage or Wrap titles
- Your choice is remembered and applies to the month, week, day and agenda views
- The preview is the post's first upload, or its latest cut. Posts with nothing uploaded look as before
- Improved
More on every day of the content calendar
Every day in the calendar now shows all of its posts, and each one shows its client, its post type and whether it's scheduled through Ark. Like in Notion, a busy day makes its week taller, so nothing hides behind "+3 more".
- Chips show "Scheduled" with the time, "Posted", "Failed to post" or "Not scheduled"
- The same details show in the month, week, day and agenda views, and when you open a day
- Long titles wrap onto a second line instead of being cut off
- Filter to one client and the client chip steps aside
- Improved
Meet the new Ark
Ark AI has a new look: a small blue pixel character that stays sharp everywhere, from the sidebar to the chat. It shows what it's doing with its eyes, its arms and the odd little hop.
- Thinking, working, asking for your OK and done each have their own short animation
- Nothing moves for anyone who has reduced motion turned on
- Improved
Calmer main buttons
The blue buttons no longer have a glow behind them. They keep their glossy look and sit on a small, soft shadow instead, in light and dark mode.
- Improved
Free now includes 1 GB of storage
The Free plan keeps 1 GB of videos, photos and files, each up to 500 MB. Pro still has 100 GB, with files up to 5 GB.
- Already using more than 1 GB on Free? Every file stays, and you can open, download or delete it
- New uploads start again once you're under 1 GB, or straight away on Pro
- Improved
Add a client's logo when you add the client
New client now has a logo spot next to the name. Tap it to add their logo straight away, or skip it and keep their colour.
- Improved
A calmer Clients page
The Clients page now opens straight on your list. A Clients / Prospects switch sits next to the title and stays put when you flip between them.
- Social numbers and the date range live in the Analytics layout, under ⋯, instead of on top of every list
- Show only active or paused clients from the ⋯ menu
- Switching between clients and prospects keeps your place on the page
- New
Send scripts and briefs to clients for review
The review link now works for words too. Send a client several scripts and briefs in one link; they read each one and tap Approve or Request changes, no account needed.
- On the Content page, select a few pieces and tap Send for review, or pick Send scripts for review from the ⋯ menu. Briefs have Send for review too
- Tick the scripts and briefs to send in one list, for one client
- Request changes opens a reading screen made for words: tap a line or select a few words and say what should change, or write a comment about the whole thing
- A client can also edit a script directly. You get their version with every change marked, and use it with one tap
- Their notes show up as comments on the script itself, with their name, ready to reply to and resolve. A brief lists them under Client review
- A piece waiting on the client's script moves on when they approve it, just like the Approve button in Ark
- Fixed
Open Ark shows up straight away on the website
If you are already signed in, the website now shows Open Ark from the very first moment, instead of showing Sign in and Start free for a second before switching.
- New
Prospects and clients on one board
A small CRM built into the Clients page. The people you are talking to and the clients you already have sit on one board, so you see your next clients and which current ones need you in one place.
- Switch to Prospects on the Clients page to see who you are talking to, each with one next step, a follow-up date and what they would be worth a month
- The Board layout shows the whole journey: Lead, Contacted, Meeting and Proposal sent, then Onboarding, Steady, Keep an eye on and At risk
- Drop a prospect on a client column and it becomes a client, with its calls and notes carried over
- Every client has a Relationship tab with who owns it, the next step, and what Ark already knows: overdue invoices, contracts ending soon, posts waiting on the client, falling behind this month, or no contact in a month
- Add a prospect from the New menu anywhere in Ark. Follow-ups due today show up on your Today page
- Open to admins and leadership titles; give anyone else access in Settings → Access
- NewImproved
Content library, and a review link any client can use
The Content page has a Library: every photo and video your team uploaded, in one place. Add files from your computer, Google Drive or Canva, then turn them into a post, add them to one, or send them to the client for review.
- Media you add to posts and cuts from the Review tab show up in the library too, newest first, with photo, video, client and 'not in a post' filters
- Select a few and tap New post to start a carousel with them, or Add to post to put them in one you already have
- Send for review makes a link that stops working after a week, a month or two months, no account needed
- Your client sees each photo, video or post big, with two buttons: Approve or Request changes
- Request changes opens a simple screen made for busy people: the photo or video on its own, and the comments beside it. Tap the spot that should change, say what, send
- On a video every comment keeps its moment, and a switch turns the time off for a comment about the whole video
- Their notes show as numbered pins on the photo or video, in the library and on the post's Post tab
- NewImproved
Pro early access: $19 a month, locked for life, and a yearly plan
Pro is now $19 a month or $190 a year. That's the early-access price: subscribe while it's on and your workspace keeps it for life, even when the price goes up for new agencies.
- Pay yearly and get two months free. Switch between monthly and yearly any time in Settings → Plan
- Pro now includes unlimited clients, the Overview, Feed and Grid layouts, saved views, social analytics and client reports
- Free is for a duo with up to 3 active clients. Nothing you already have is taken away, and paused clients don't count
- Launch codes work on yearly too: 3 free months become 25% off your first year
- Improved
Stop Ark mid-way, and undo what it changed
Anything Ark is doing now has a Stop button, in the same place and with the same look everywhere: a chat answer, changes you allowed, a rewrite, a batch of ideas, a contract draft or a week plan. Stop means nothing more gets changed, and what Ark already changed from the chat has an Undo.
- Allow all, and Publish now, wait five seconds before they start, with Stop on screen, so a slip of the finger costs nothing
- Every change Ark makes from the chat has Undo on its card, plus Undo all for a batch. If someone has edited it since, their edit is kept
- A new batch of Brainstorm ideas can be undone from the message that says they were added
- Refreshing the page no longer stops Ark: a chat answer keeps going and the page picks it back up, and a batch of ideas still lands on the pad
- Brainstorm style settings now scroll when they don't fit on your screen
- New
Download any content piece as a PDF
The ⋯ menu on a content piece now has Download PDF: a clean one- or two-page sheet with its dates, team, script, caption, shot list and links, ready to send to a client or the crew.
- Uses your PDF branding from Settings: your colour, name and logo, or Ark's look if you haven't set one
- Only what the piece has shows up, so a quick post stays a short page
- Fixed
Rename and delete brainstorms where you'd look
The ⋯ menu at the top of a brainstorm now has Rename and Delete brainstorm, with Undo. Click the name to rename it, and the open brainstorm's ⋯ in the list no longer hides until you hover.
- Improved
Brainstorm sessions, with a style for every script
Every brainstorm is now a session you can come back to, with a searchable history. Each one has its own client and style: script length, tone, the kinds of posts you want, visual ideas and how many ideas at a time.
- Ask for a fresh batch and the earlier ones stay, each labelled with what you asked and when
- Search your brainstorms by name or by anything inside them: hooks, lines, notes, links
- Set the script length with a slider, from 15 seconds to 90
- Pick a tone for every script, add your own words on it, and choose kinds of posts like funny and memes or informational
- Client pickers now let you type to find a client
- Improved
Ideas built on what performs, scripts that are just the words
Before it comes up with ideas, Ark now reads how each client's posts did on their connected channels and leans on what worked. Scripts from Ark are now only what the person on camera says.
- Each idea says why it should work, often naming the past post it builds on
- Posts are compared with the client's own usual reach on each platform, so one viral post doesn't skew everything
- Turn on Visual ideas in Brainstorm or Write with Ark to get shots and b-roll as well
- New
Brainstorm: content ideas on demand
A calm idea pad inside Ark AI. Ask Ark for ideas or a whole week of them, drop in inspiration links and quick thoughts, and turn the good ones into posts in the script stage with one tap.
- Every idea comes with a hook, the text on screen, what happens and the beats, in each client's voice
- Plan the week fills the coming days for one client or all of them, around what's already planned
- Rework any idea with Ark: a punchier hook, three other hooks, a new angle, or your own words, with Undo
- Find it under Brainstorm content on Today, in Ark AI and in the New menu
- Improved
Calmer page tops
The blue glow at the top of every page is gone, so pages sit on plain, calm grey.
- Fixed
The Channels tab no longer looks empty
Team members opening a client with no channels yet saw a blank Channels tab. It now says there are no channels yet and that an admin connects them there.
- Improved
The app now looks like the new Ark
The whole app has been restyled to match our new website: new type for page titles, glossy blue buttons and rounder corners, on calm grey surfaces. Dark mode is now the default, and light mode is still one tap away in your account menu.
- Neutral greys everywhere, with the new blue only on buttons and selected items
- Page titles in the same headline font as the website, and a new, easy-to-read font for everything else
- Glossy blue main buttons, a calmer blue for whatever is selected, and rounder corners
- Light mode gets clean, neutral greys to match
- Improved
The new Ark blue, inside the app
The app now uses the same blue as our new logo and website, in light and dark mode, and the Ark icon on your home screen, dock and app stores has the new colours too.
- Buttons, links, selected items and focus outlines in the new blue, all still easy to read
- A new app icon on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, Windows and when you add Ark to your home screen
- Improved
A new look for Ark
Ark has a new logo and brand colours, and our website has been redesigned around them: calmer, lighter on the eyes, and easier to read.
- The new ARK wordmark and a brighter blue icon
- A redesigned home page, Features, Ark AI, Compare and sign-in page
- Improved
A website written for every agency
Our website now speaks to social media, content, video and full-service agencies, not just video teams, and says plainly which tools Ark replaces and who it's for.
- A new “Who it's for” section on the home page
- Answers to “We don't film. Is Ark for us?” and “Do we have to move everything at once?”
- New
See Ark in action on our website
The home page and the Features page now show short clips of Ark being used instead of still pictures, and a 3-minute demo you can watch from either page.
- Every feature on the Features page plays its own clip
- Clips only load when you scroll to them, and stay still if your device asks for reduced motion
- Fixed
Posts open again
Opening a post could show “Something went wrong” while its script switched to live editing. It now opens straight away.
- Improved
A tidier website menu
The top bar of our website now groups pages under Product and Resources, with a short note on each, so it's easier to find what you're looking for.
- Improved
Ark reads the terms from your PDF contracts
Upload a contract you already have and Ark fills in its fee, billing, payment and notice days, term and monthly deliverables, so retainer tracking and reminders work for it too.
- Offered right after the upload, or any time from Details → Read from the text
- Scanned PDFs without text are flagged, so you know to type the terms in
- New
Updates and roadmap
This page. Everything we ship lands here, along with what we're building next. Ideas and votes go to our feedback board.
- New
Edit many posts at once
Select posts on the Content page and change them together, or hand the selection to Ark.
- Move stage, client, dates and people for the whole selection
- Undo any bulk change from the toast
- Ask Ark about the selected posts, and allow all its changes in one go
- Comment on a passage Ark wrote to tell it what to fix
- Improved
Publish now shows each step
Publishing a post right away shows its progress channel by channel, instead of a status that looked stuck.
- Improved
Faster with bigger teams
Lists, boards and live updates load faster, and stay fast as your workspace grows.
- New
Write together, live
Docs, scripts and contract drafts can now be written by several people at once, and every page updates the moment a teammate changes something.
- See who else is on the page
- Changes appear without refreshing, on every screen
- Improved
Docs work like Notion
Drag blocks by their handle, open the block menu, and move blocks with shortcuts.
- Links in docs and scripts open on click
- Improved
Jobs follow the stage
Moving a post forward ticks off the jobs that stage covers, and moving it back unticks them.
- "In Edit" is now called "Edited"
- Fixed
Smaller fixes
A round of fixes from your reports.
- Deleted items no longer come back or need deleting twice
- Docs attached to a post no longer show as "Untitled"
- Editor avatars stay current
- New
Train Ark for each client, and Write with Ark
Teach Ark each client's voice from their Training tab, then rewrite scripts and captions with it.
- Shorter, punchier, more on-brand: one click on any script or caption
- Your feedback on its drafts makes the next ones better
- New
Google Drive and Canva, inside your posts
