Feedback that arrives in one place, gets done in one go and doesn't quietly turn into unpaid extra work. Use it every time a client reviews a script or a cut.
Client feedback & revisionsConsolidated feedback, revision rounds, change requests
Purpose
Feedback that arrives in one place, gets done in one go, and doesn't quietly turn into unpaid extra work.
When to use it
Whenever a client reviews a script or a version.
Who's involved
Role | Responsible for |
|---|---|
Account manager | Collects, clarifies and prioritises feedback; owns the scope conversation |
Editor / copywriter | Applies the changes |
Steps
Ask the client for feedback in Ark (comments on the script, or on the version) — one consolidated round, from the person who approves.
If feedback arrives by phone or chat, write it into Ark yourself and confirm it with the client.
Clarify anything ambiguous before work starts; never guess.
Group the changes into one task for the maker, with the deadline.
Deliver the new version within [2 working days].
Count the round. Rounds [1–2] are included; from round [3], or for anything outside the approved script, send a change request with time and cost before doing it.
Checklist

Every comment resolved or answered
Revision count visible on the piece
Change request sent when out of scope
Done means
The client approves the version in Ark, and every change we made is traceable to a comment.
