Purpose

Steps
Open the client's report in Ark for last month: deliverables against quota.
Pull the platform numbers: reach, views, followers gained, saves/shares, link clicks — the KPIs agreed at kickoff.
Pick the 3 best and the weakest piece; write one sentence on why for each.
Write 3 insights (not numbers — what they mean).
Propose next month: what we repeat, what we test, what we stop.
Send it and book a [20-minute] call to go through it.
