Escalations and client questions

Steps

  1. The day before: schedule the post for the agreed date and time.

  2. Final check: caption, hashtags, tags, links, cover image, platform preview.

  3. After it's live: open it on a phone and check it plays, the caption reads well and links work.

  4. Reply to comments within [the first hour], then at least [twice a day] for [3] days, in the client's voice.

  5. Hide spam; never delete criticism — follow the Crisis & escalation SOP if a comment needs it.

  6. Paste the post link on the piece in Ark; it's now counted as delivered.

Checklist
