Purpose
Catch our own mistakes before the client does. Clients should only ever give feedback on taste, never on errors.
When to use it
Before any video, carousel or caption is sent to the client.

Steps
Technical: watch full-screen with sound on, then on a phone with sound off.
Brand: compare against the client profile — voice, colours, logo, don'ts.
Platform: check the format, length, safe zones and caption for the platform it's going to.
Fix everything found, export a new version, then send it to the client through Ark.
Checklist
Spelling and diacritics in subtitles and on-screen text
Audio levels even; no clipping
Correct logo, colours and fonts
Claims, prices and dates double-checked with the brief
Links and tags in the caption work
Fits the platform's safe zones (nothing under the buttons)
Done means
Two people have checked it — the maker and someone else — and the version sent to the client has no errors.
